About the Position

We are looking for a structured and solution-oriented Transport Planner who wants to be a key player in our client's logistics chain. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing daily transports, ensuring that deliveries are made efficiently, punctually, and with high service.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and optimize daily transport flows
• Follow up on ongoing transports and actively manage deviations
• Maintain ongoing contact with drivers, customers, and internal departments
• Work on cost and resource optimization
• Ensure compliance with applicable transport regulations
• Contribute to the development of routines and improvement work

Qualifications:

• Experience in transport planning or similar tasks
• Good ability to communicate and coordinate
• Structured, stress-resistant, and solution-focused
• Good computer skills
• Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
• Familiarity with European transport regulations is considered a plus
